Well, sometimes you just gotta reward yourself for being good and go all out with flavor. Haha! After having fish and veggies all week, there’s nothing wrong with a little grease to satisfy a craving. Nope, not at all.
And speaking of satisfaction, how can you go wrong with a souped up Philly cheese steak meal? Check it out and give yourself a little break every once in a while. But just like in everything else… do it in moderation!
Ingredients: Hoagie bread, Thin Strips of Beef, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Melting Cheese, Potatoes, Grill Seasonings, Olive Oil.
Directions: Slice potatoes into wedges, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings and bake in oven. Meanwhile, saute beef strips, thinly sliced bell peppers, onions, mushhrooms and minced garlic together. Place sauteed mixture in bread and grate some cheese on top. Toast bread in oven until cheese has melted. Serve with fries.
